Operations Manager

Duties & Responsibilities Managing retail stores to maximise sales and profitability. Maintain and increase standards of customer service. Implement and enforce company standards in-store – both the store and staff. Following up and ensuring delegated tasks are completed . Line Manage, motivate and train Sales Staff Oversee in-store merchandising Conduct stock counts. Ensure store maintenance is optimal Desired Experience & Qualification Matric. Relevant Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous. 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably a Retail Environment. Own Reliable Vehicle. Solid IR Knowledge, HR and People Management Skills essential. Intermediate Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong Planning, Organizing, Decision making and Problem-solving skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal), People Management and Customer Service skills. Able to work well under pressure. Exceptional organizational skills – able to manage numerous stores. Willing to travel extensively throughout South Africa and work necessary hours to meet with operational outcomes. Package & Remuneration R30 000 - R35 000 CTC.
