Area : Ladysmith Salary : Market related and negotiable on experience. Preferred experience : Engineering & Consumable Spares knowledge Industrial engineering and/or manufacturing environment experience. An experienced WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR is required for permanent employment based in Ladysmith to administer the following administration functions within the industrial warehouse; GRV’s Control Admin SAP. Duties & Responsibilities Admin Control. Conduct in conjunction with WC-CGS stock counts and reconcile to ledger. Assist with investigations when queries arise File all stock takes away if needed for future reference. GRV all local items received ensuring that Description Pricing. Quantity are correct Report any discrepancies found with regards to receipt of items. Advise end users of items received Update reports and statistics. To ensure the safe keeping of all documents for 5 years To comply with all reasonable instructions given by management and to comply with any changes in any procedure which may occur from time to time. Desired Experience & Qualification Preferred experience; Engineering & Consumable Spares knowledge. Qualification requirement; Diploma (Stores & Stock Control) Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics (adv) Min 1-2 Years’ experience within a similar position. Drivers licence (advantage)
