Customer Support Technician

We are looking for a Customer Support Technician based in Durban with their own transport. The successful candidate's remuneration is structured with a basic salary plus a monthly incentive bonus based on performance and customer satisfaction KPI's. The position will involve installing our products at client sites as well as providing training on said products to clients after installation. Execute instructions accurately. Competent driver. Well versed in smart phones Responsibilities and Duties. Perform high quality installations at customer premises. Manage customer relations by providing superior customer service. Ensure that all work being performed meets or exceeds company standards. Travelling away from home on a regular basis. Qualifications Senior Certificate with all subjects passed in Higher Grade. A Diploma/Certificate with a customer relations subject. Code B drivers license.
