Duties & Responsibilities JOB KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS; Reporting – Supporting internal reporting requirements e.g cost, Annual leave & intercompany reports etc. Calculation and payment of termination payments (resignation / retirement/ redundancy). Payment and reconciliation of bonus payments. Liaison with management and staff regarding all pay enquiries. Preparation and reconciliation of payment summaries. Ensure prompt maintenance of staff records at all times . Preparation of ad hoc reports as required. Liaise with HR re joiners, movers, leavers’ remuneration, conditions of service and other relevant matters. Workers compensation co-ordination. Ensure all payroll related data / information within the HR-Payroll database is accurate and correct. Employee benefits administration (medical Aid, RMA, Provident . QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Experience with VIP payroll (3 years). Time and attendance knowledge is essential. Computer literacy (MS Office, excel in particular). Thorough knowledge of BCEA. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects. Preferred National Diploma in Human Resources or Payroll or relevant field.
