Candidate Criteria
Proactive, well spoke with the ability to work independently but but equally able to function effectively as part of a team, Professional, courteous and helpful when dealing with customer enquiries. An organised, accurate and detail attentive approach to work. Smart appearance, Fluent communication skills. Able to take personal accountability for actions, Proficient, accurate Computer literacy and keyboarding skill, First class customer service skills and an approachable and professional personality.
Responsibilities :
Assist with processing all customer transactions and enquiries accurately and timely within agreed standards, according to policies and procedures Provide courteous, professional customer service, Assist in dealing with account queries promptly and efficiently, Perform accurate customer account transactions, Verify, update and maintain up to date customer records Collate, file and record deposit slips, assisting clients to accurately complete deposit slips when necessary ,Accurately and promptly resolve discrepancies when required.
