Orders Clerk

A vacancy has arisen for an Orders Clerk
Order Processing in line with Service Level requirements
Keeping accurate records of the status of orders
Regular updates to customers in regards to orders and delivery status
Tracking deliveries to completion or effecting re-delivery options (including returns if required)


High level accuracy with strong numerical and analytical skills
Strong customer focus
Highly organised and methodical with the ability to follow through processes.
Strong attention to detail is critical
Good computer skills - in particular Excel. Knowledge - training will be given on the in house system
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
Able to work on your own initiative and have a positive 'can-do' attitude
Able to 'forward' think and work to deadline
