Team Co-Ordinator

Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will support our teams, each in different ways by: Sales admin support. • Answer phone and signposting calls. • Take Zopim enquiries and pass over • Signpost and manage new enquiries via inbox • Data management to ensure records are correct and up to date. • Research new companies using online tools for Business Development. • Find tender opportunities Marketing support • Check website for issues. • Price checking and ongoing price analysis • Help co-ordinate postal mailshots and Privilege marketing packs. • Managing incoming and outgoing post. Production/Accounting support. • Supporting to allocate invoices using app • Quality check and log job samples. Operational support • Ordering Stationary and office supplies • Supporting with organising events and exhibitions • Samples management. • Ensure office is kept tidy • Keep training room tidy and prepare for meetings • Organise office diary for meetings and visits • Audit tasks in line with ISO compliance • Monthly management reporting. Working Hours: 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday. Email CV to:
