Candidate will be required to answer and direct calls, assist in regular reports, develop and manage a filing system and fulfill administrative functions of the operations division. Proven administration experience is essential. Must be able to time manage and multitask, able to pay attention to detail and have excellent written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in MS Office.
