Boardroom Receptionist

We are looking for a part-time Boardrooms Receptionist for their professional and friendly front of house team. Working three days a week on Monday, Thursday and Friday on a shift basis between 7:30am-8pm, you will be responsible for delivering reception, boardrooms and switchboard services. You will: Act as a main point of contact for all boardroom guests, welcoming all visitors on arrival and assuring their needs are met. Support the back-office services including administrative duties such as keeping the boardrooms tidy, and setting up AV equipment ahead of a visitor’s arrival. Manage and operate the switchboard for both external and internal calls Assist in the firm’s events help in the Durban office Liaise with the group floor reception, specifically when there are last minute visitors. Your skills and experience: You can manage and operate a switchboard You are customer service orientated, and have experience to prove it You are proactive, and can cater to people’s needs before they have asked. You have excellent communication skills, with an ability to talk to stakeholders at all levels This role is ideal for someone working in a corporate law firm in central Durban, looking to move into a more part-time role.
