Administrative Assistant / Clerk. Riverhorse Valley & Cornubia. Full-time Start Date: 1st July 2019 Requirements: • Matric • 2 years of related experience. (experience in an office environment & call centre) • Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills. • Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality • Ability to work on Word, Excel, Outlook. • Clear criminal and credit records. • Able to travel between both offices (Riverhorse Valley & Cornubia) Duties: o Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel and departments. o Greet visitors/guests/members professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit. o Schedule appointments maintaining & updating calendars, reminding respective personnel of the appointments. o Create and prints fax sheets, memos, mail, reports and other documents If you meet all the above requirements, kindly email your CV to info@rhpallets.co.za (No time wasters)
