Admin / Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced person to help run our taxi office accounts department. Excel knowledge would be advantageous. As well as excellent office administration, you would be expected to be able to carry out procedures in relation to following . *Sales and purchase ledgers . *Invoicing *Assist in reconciliation of bank account *Help produce management reports . *Assist in preparation of accounts and VAT return *Deal with account customer queries. *Credit control . The ideal candidate would be flexible and adaptable individual with very good interpersonal and communication skills who works well independently or in a team environment.
