PA / Receptionist

All round office admin to help manager with routine admin tasks. Must be PC literate. Handle incoming call enquiries and co-ordinate with our repair workshop,so the applicant needs lots of patience and a good telephonic manner. Good typing skills + internet and email exp essential. Other duties include invoicing,preparation of quotes and tracking payments,data capture. Supporting with ad hoc administrative requests and being able to prioritise and ascertain importance of unscheduled requests . Assisting the Senior Executive PA with arranging key meetings. R14000.
