Call center agents and help desk personnel are needed to fill the vacant posts in our client companies,Insurance, Financial institutions, banks and Medical aid centres. All Interested applicants should be between 18 – 35 years of ages, with good communication and service orientated skills. No experience needed as Call Centre Training is provided. Job specification & Duties: Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information. Provide basic advise and guidance to prospective clients. Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Establish policies by entering client information; confirming pricing. Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. Determine requirements by working with customers. Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. Minimum qualifications & requirements Good communication skill preferably English.
