They are looking for motivated people to become the next Customer Service Advisor in their First Notification of Loss claims team in Cape Town CBD in their fantastic Contact Centre. Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor: Dealing with inbound calls who are submitting new claims. Problem solving through excellent customer service Probing customers for in-depth information Provide a level of quality customer service in line with the Claims Guiding Principles.
