Call Centre Agent

We are looking to recruit a highly professional Call Centre Agent who will become the heart of a very busy and demanding customer support department. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for taking a high volume of inbound calls from customers, logging the information onto a bespoke system and passing the information to the relevant team. Calls will be based around customers having difficulty with their software system. The ability to ask questions and gather information is essential. The Call Centre must have clear and concise communication skills. Previous customer services or customer support experience would be highly advantageous. You must always have the ability to deal with disgruntled customers in a calm manner and maintain a professional outlook. This is a temporary role to start ASAP with the view to becoming on-going for the successful candidate. A positive attitude coupled with a reliable, punctual and hardworking approach is essential.
