IT Manager Business Partners

Interface between the line of business and IT and drive IT value by understanding the line of business demand and the IT supply capabilities and aligning and motivating the delivery of targets to improve business opportunities and growth; Analyse business requirements and facilitate delivery of IT related business improvements. Research, identify and design technical solutions to optimise business processes, increase competitiveness, customer experience, or improve financial performance metrics while working within risk profile; Deliver BI services to understand and improve business performance and decision making. Drive trend analysis using proactive and predictive analytics to generate insights with the objective of getting to real time performance metrics that contribute to growth, business improvement, customer intimacy, financial performance improvements, or risk reduction. Use technologies that are suited to real time anywhere anytime visualisation. NQF Level 7 (Degree or Advance Diploma in IT/IS or related); 8 years’ experience in IT / Business management; 6 years’ experience in IT service delivery; Managed a large group of specialists in a direct or indirect BRM role; 5 yrs liaising with senior or executive.
