Cape Town: Lead and influence a successful and experienced Sales team to new, higher levels of sales & servicing performance. Monitor, analyse sales and market trends as well as the support levels of existing customers and conduct external climate survey. Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan, with a clear vision of sales and practical actions in the short, medium and long term, ensuring its alignment with company strategic direction.conduct performance evaluations, reviewing individual achievement of sales, servicing targets, and activity goals, setting forth corrective actions as necessary.product knowledge and selling methods are a regular feature of in-house training Maintain and ensure extensive growth of existing customers. management of SOPS and SLA`s and monthly performance reviews. Management and resolution of queries and minimize business loss.Regular, documented customer visits as per client rating and as per KPI requirements. Provide assistance with estimates and proposals for new clients when necessary. Conduct presentations when required and ensure that presentations are up to date & cutting edge. Accompany Business Development Executives on sales calls and existing customer visits when requested. Effective tender management.
