exp, mature and reliable Medical Receptionist / Clinical Administrator req for a large upmarket Plastic Surgeon in CT CBD. Reception duties ( bookings at the practice, Invoicing, follow up appointments etc) Accurate capturing of patient information, reports and documentation. Telephone correspondence with patients, clients and suppliers. Manage email communications Manage diary entries and correspondence with both national & international patients. Timeous preparation and submission of theatre lists Preparation of admission documents and requirements. Req Highly organized with the ability to work well under pressure. Flexible to be available to provide support during busy times. Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills. Excellent interpersonal and professional etiquette skills suitable for a medical environment. Excellent computer literacy and typing skills. Excellent English language skills and grammatical use (Command of Afrikaans will be advantageous) Team player Working knowledge of electronic office and administration systems Non-smoker. Microsoft office competency. Experience 2 – 3 years’ experience working in a medical practice (or similar) Qualifications: Post matric diploma and/or undergraduate qualification will be a distinct advantage.
