Chef/Junior Kitchen Manager

Chef/Junior kitchen manager needed for catering company. Will need to assist with prep, make sure orders go out on time and general management. Strong organizational skills and planning a must, be able to think on your feet and solve problems. Must be able to delegate and manage staff, stock and orders. Own transport and driver’s license non-negotiable as it will also be required to assist with functions and events. October – December Temp/Part time position per day January – March 3 Month Contract with possibility of extension depending on performance. Preferable that candidate stays close to the Centurion area.
