FACILITY MANAGER - Thatchill estate, Centurion To oversee the facility management function for the property including (but not limited to) any and all repairs, maintenance, structural integrity works, management of sub-contractors (gardens, maintenance etc) • Ensuring the complex is in a 100% condition • Ensuring that Maintenance budget is adhered to • Sourcing new external service providers • Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to • Administrative tasks that may be required • Coordinate emergency and regular repairs and coordinate repairs to buildings • Maintain fire protection systems and equipment • Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to structural, mechanical and electrical systems • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of building exteriors • Coordinate external suppliers and contractors • Manage queries and complaints from residents. • Enforce BC rules on HOA • Communicate with CSi for all expenses and insurance related issues. • Request approval from the Trustees / Directors through CSi for any expenses Any reasonable instructions given from time to time associated with your position Desired Experience & Qualification Matric Certificate - Grade 12 Previous Estate Manager experience will be preferred EE position Salary - Market related Send your application to -
