Scrum Master - Team Lead

Duties & Responsibilities The senior Scrum Master (Team Leader for Continuous Improvement) will facilitate self-organizing, self-managing scrum teams to achieve their delivery goals, making use of Agile and Scrum practices (Where applicable), working diligently to identify and eliminate impediments. The senior Scrum Master (Team Leader for Continuous Improvement) will also work to motivate the teams to meet commitments, help manage the team’s relationships with outside stakeholders, coordinate with other Scrum teams and facilitate continuous improvement. Experience & Qualifications: A minimum of a Matric or equivalent qualification. Scrum certification essential. A minimum of 3 yrs' experience leading scrum teams is essential. Knowledge and Skills. Understanding of software development project management, particularly for application development. Computer literate, including competency with Jira. Experienced working with different frameworks within Agile, particularly Scrum and Kanban. Solid understanding of Lean and Lean principles and the ability to propagate this into the teams and the organization. Familiarity with common online and e-commerce concepts, tools and technologies. Basic understanding of software engineering best practices, and basic architecture concepts like service orientated architecture & object orientated analysis & design.
