Estate Manager

Essential Duties: •Monthly collection of rent from outstanding tenants in conjunction with Head Office. •To oversee the facility management function for the complexes including (but not limited to) any and all repairs, maintenance, structural integrity works, management of sub-contractors (gardens, maintenance etc) •Ensuring the complex is in a 100% condition •Ensuring that Maintenance budget is adhered to •Sourcing new external service providers when required •Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to •Administrative tasks that are related to rent collection and facility management. •Coordinate emergency and regular repairs and coordinate repairs to buildings. •Maintain fire protection systems and equipment Experience: -Previous Estate Manager experience will be preferred. -Exp in handling complaints and dealing with difficult situations. -Exp in debt collection will be an advantage -Comp lit. Qualifications: -Grade 12. Skills: -Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans – verbal and written abilities) -Good organisational skills - Ability to maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels -Good listener. - Ability to prioritise tasks and excessive good time management. Personal qualities: -Motivated, resilient. -Takes accountability and responsibility - Can work under pressure Own transport and driving licence. CVs due Tuesday.
