Commission based Recruitment Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities Specialising in (not limited to): Research potential clients. Cold calling and marketing Taking down a job spec Write ads & place ads on the job portals Internet search and name gathering Headhunting. Screening calls & arranging of interviews Conducting internal interviews Prepare CV’s Doing reference checks & verification checks Client liaison. Arranging external interviews Debriefing of clients and candidates Candidate liaison General admin. Desired Experience & Qualification Must have matric. Must have previous work experience as a Recruitment Consultant (non-negotiable) Must be fluent in English, Afrikaans will be an added advantage. Must have reliable transport. Must have excellent communication skills Must have excellent telephone ethics. Must be outspoken Must be computer literate.
