Junior Quality Controller

JUNIOR QUALITY CONTROLLER. *meat production facility. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum requirement is a National Diploma in Food Technology, Biotechnology or other related qualification. Basic laboratory knowledge, interpreting reports Min 2 years in similar position (advantage) Food Safety Training will be highly advantageous - HACCP, ISO22000, BRC. Strong administrative and computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliable transport. Strong set of problem solving skills. Diligent, reliable, focused, accurate. SUMMARY OF DUTIES (not limited to): Supporting of Quality Management System Training officer (hygiene, equipment, etc.) Hygiene controller. Traceability / batch controller. Resolving, documenting and reporting non-conformances Product quality assurance. Ensuring proper stock distribution by maintaining FIFO. Internal QMS audit External laboratory testing. Pest control officer. Food Safety Management System. COA administrator. Basic + provident fund package BZA-JQC
