Reference: PE008449-Siya-1 Our client is looking for a Head of Digital Learning to provide leadership, best practices, research, support and strategic guidance related to digital learning to build a high performing Learning and Development function across the business. Duties & Responsibilities Position Purpose: As the Digital Learning Head you will be the custodian of incorporating innovative online learning best practices, student engagement strategies, educational technology, and best practices to design and enhance critical learning experience and outcomes across the company group. Experience & Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Human resources or Learning and Development or related field (Essential) Postgraduate qualification in a related field (Desirable) 8 - 10 years L&D experience of which at least 3 – 5 years is at a management level with the responsibility of managing a function Experience in L&D Management, liaising and operating with senior managers Behavioral: Developing Expertise Providing Insights Exploring Possibilities Developing Strategies Convincing People Challenging Ideas Empowering Individuals Embracing Change Package & Remuneration R Market related -
