Front Desk Reception

My client based in Centurion is seeking a front desk receptionist to join their team on a contract basis. The contract will start as a 3 month probation period, if successful during the probation a 6 month contract will be extended, there is a possibility that the contract can be extended to an additional 6 months.

The successful incumbent will the face of the organisation and must always be well presented, and spoken. The role is suited for a young, dynamic individual beginning their career, who is eager to do well and hungry to learn.

Duties:

  • Answer the switchboard and direct calls
  • Take messages and pass them on to the relevant parties
  • Assist clients with general queries and answer general information
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Adhoc admin duties
