New Business Development Consultant (Sage Sales)

My client who specialises in Sage Financial Product range is looking for a strong sales individual to join their team.

The opportunity is perfect for a sales driven individual who is eager to develop their skills and career within the sales industry.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties of the New Business Development Consultant can be summarized as follows:

  • New Business Development
  • Client Retention
  • Business Development Planning
  • Management and Research
  • Presentations and demonstrations to executives
  • Cross selling other modules to current clients
  • Assessing clients needs and providing solutions
  • Providing expert advise and opinions to assist clients in solving problems with the software
  • Chasing targets and ensuring that business objectives are met

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Must have sold Sage Accounting Packages – Required
  • 2 to 7 years experience in Sage Accounting Software Sales 
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Client Service orientated
  • Time Management Skills
  • Reliable
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both written & verbal)
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Dynamic and Passionate

Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary education (Advantageous)
  • Own Vehicle and drivers licence

Basic salary and commissionable earnings means that you are able to write your own pay check.
