Financial Advisor Assistant

Business Description: THE COMPANY operates under the Sanlam FSP license. It consists of Financial, Investment, Short Term Insurance and Tax Advice Divisions which are all supported by an Administrative Division. THE COMPANY strives to provide financial piece of mind by offering holistic financial solutions to their customers. THE COMPANY achieves this by not negotiating on their core values which are INTEGRITY, RESPECT, TRUST, RELATIONSHIPS. Responsibilities: Prepare a Financial Needs Analysis for the Advisor. Requesting information required to prepare a Financial Needs Analysis from clients or third parties. Identifying existing clients whose portfolios need to be reviewed. Manage and coordinate the Advisor’s diary. Recording all activities on the Client Management System. Attending to Policy Services. (Premium Warnings, cancellations, claims etc.) Qualifications: Grade 12 or, Any B. Com Degree, however candidates with a B. Com Financial Planning Degree or a degree applicable to the long-term insurance industry will have an advantage. Experience and Knowledge Required: No Experience required if the candidate is a graduate as mentioned above.
