Responsibilities:  The ability to prioritise and to deal with various issues simultaneously . Prefer to work in an environment where deadlines constantly need to be met . Managing diaries and setting up meetings Take minutes. Drafting letters and other documents as and when required. Maintaining a filing system Photocopying and printing. Required: 4 - 5 years’ experience in an office administration position . Matric a must. Administrative qualification Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)  Excellent communication skills in English Excellent telephone skills . Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.     . Drivers license.
