Admin / Finance Administrator

· Accept all calls from the contact center and brokers. · Liaise with and manage plumbers · Liaise with clients and arrange call outs, time etc. · Provide plumbers with all necessary information regarding the client’s cover and excess . · Receive completed job cards and photos from the plumbers . · Receive and capture all expenses and pay suppliers. · Prepare invoices · Prepare damage reports and quotations · Send quotations, damage reports and invoices to the brokers / insurers . · UPDATE CCA: - Make notes of all correspondence between plumber, client and administration. - Capture arrival and departure times - Change product from plumbing to geyser replacement if necessary - Update cost - Upload all applicable photos. - Make notes of correspondence between broker or insurer and administration - Upload any email correspondence received from client, Minimum qualifications: · Matric. · Financial qualification highly advantageous Minimum requirements: · Reliable transport . · Excellent Pastel and Excel · SA Citizen. · Clear credit and criminal record · Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial and Admin positions. · Must be able to work in a high pressure environment. · Experience in a trade based industry preferred.
