ORDER CLERK

Highveld, Centurion: ORDER CLERK Minimum Requirements: -Well presented, professional Afrikaans speaking female, preferably aged 20 – 40 years -Matric / Grade 12 -Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (First and second languages) -Strong administration experience a must -Experience in stock and placing of orders a must -Attention to detail -Own reliable vehicle/transport -Computer literacy in Pastel advantageous -Reliable and trustworthy. -Stable employment record (no job hoppers) -To start as soon as possible Duties: -Full order clerical functions of wholesales plastic products supplier -Obtain order details, billing information etc. -Prepare orders for collection/delivery -Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information. -Check inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise. -Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing. -Inspect outgoing orders for compliance with customers' specifications.
