Customer Care Consultant

Due to internal movements, a vacancy has become available for a customer care consultant. Duties / responsibilities: To render a customer service to the public and attend to walk in customers. Attend to telephonic and written complaints and enquiries, Liaise with other departments and external parties to resolve complaints, Implement and maintain customer care systems, Keep records of all complaints and enquiries, Give input to monthly reports on outstanding complaints and enquiries, Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification, Related Degree, National Diploma or equivalent qualification, 2 years experience, Computer Literacy, Excellent communications skills, Attention to details, R 8500 per month plus benefits This is a full time role and working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am till 5 pm.
