Construction Plant & Fleet administrator

We are urgently looking for a Plant/Vehicle Administrator to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities include verifying vehicle positions on the tracking system, monitor and report vehicle abuse, over speeding etc .Assist in any Fleet related Adhoc requirements. Co - ordinate driver rosters/collections and deliveries. Keep an up to date records of the maintenance service schedule. Keep an up to date records for tyre replacement and vehicle/plant repairs and damages. Update the job cards register daily Prepare daily reports on daily job cards. Produce a daily Control Report for all plant and vehicles. Procurement of Parts and accessories. Prepare a reconciliation schedule of the fuel accounts. Ensure all relevant documentation relating to hire is administered correctly. Capturing all documents and Filing. Plant efficiency reports and analysis. General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing. Experience in a Workshop/construction plant environment will be an added advantage knowledge of spares, plant and equipment is a must. Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel etc) and Knowledge of Pastel would be an advantage. alison@rpcon.co.za
