Travel Concierge

Tripfuser is a global tailored travel marketplace helping travellers and travel agents connect with local travel suppliers across 50 countries to build amazing travel experiences. The Role ● Supporting travellers and travel agents to design and book tailored travel experiences. ● Using phone, chat and email, you will coordinate and facilitate communication between the traveller, agent and local travel supplier through to booking & then trip completion ● You will offer “Best in Class” customer service to travellers, travel agents and suppliers ● You will work within a team based in Australia, South Africa, Vietnam and the USA to ensure that travellers are supported 24 hours and 5 days per-week. ● You will play a vital part within the team to optimise the booking process and communications. We are looking for people who are: ● Passionate about designing amazing travel experiences. ● Sales experience ● Experience working towards KPI’s ● Organised, detail-oriented and dedicated to ensuring that Tripfuser delivers an amazing customer experience. ● Willing to learn, adapt and implement change to deliver a better service to customers ● Have an ability to identify areas for improvement and help design the systems and processes to deliver great experiences.
