Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities. Assist in the managing of F&B outlets as required, ensuring the smooth running of the outlet/s, taking full advantage to maximize revenue potential and ensure guest satisfaction in compliance with the company policies and procedures. Ensure the highest standards of service excellence and quality in the food and beverage department Facilitate learning and development for all the team members of the outlet. Implement systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and guest satisfaction Responsible for certain reporting deadlines, payroll and rosters. Monitoring and controlling of various operating equipment, standards and inventories. Monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs and variances. Must ensure that duties are carried out in accordance with Leading Quality Assessment (LQA) standards Assist in all F&B outlets as and when required. Required Qualifications & Experience: Must have 2-3 year’s experience in same or similar role within a luxury hotel environment Guest / Staff Focused. Team Orientation Must be flexible with regards to working hours A motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills. Salary – Negotiable depending on experience.
