Must have 3 - 4 years' experience in a catering, event industry or a fast paced restaurant in a similar position. Passion for contemporary and classical food. Must have strong organizational ability with good interpersonal skills; a valid driver's license and own reliable transport preferred. Must have excellent communication skills. Will be responsible for preparing large quantities of food (catering industry); maintaining strict kitchen hygiene standards. Willingness and ability to accept shift work.
