Main Duties & Responsibilities To ensure all guest requests are attended to promptly. Ensure all guest preferences are taken and actioned Knowledge of menu to aid up-selling. Complete all daily duties as set out in departmental duties and requirements Ensure adherence to service and clearance procedures on all floors. Actively participate in all the training programmes Have a complete understanding of the billing cycle and facilities offered in house. Ensure the cleanliness of the outlets and correct storage, handling and inventory of all items of stock and equipment. Required Qualifications & Experience. Good Communication Skills Previous experience in a similar role (Fine Dining) is advantageous. Should enjoy guest interaction. Exceptional customer service orientation The ability to work in high pressure situations Confident & Well-Presented Willing to work shifts. Ability to work without supervision. Team Orientation Good knowledge and understanding food and wine. As this is a position of honesty and integrity, the successful candidate should possess a positive credit and criminal history as per our client’s requirements. Salary – Negotiable depending on experience.
