Key Accounts Manager

Duties & Responsibilities KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER BASED IN CAPE TOWN. Main duties will include but will not be limited to: Lead generation and prospecting Lead generation through referrals Responsible for the growth of new and current business. Schedule and execute training at customer sites and provide regular follow up and refresher training to customers as required. Ensure all customers are adequately stocked at all times Provide Management with weekly progress reports Plan and execute visits to all existing accounts in the territory on a regular basis. Identify, communicate and help resolve any service issues or customer complaints Develop close working relationship with customers Other duties as assigned. Ideal candidate profile: Exceptional customer service orientation with strong follow-up and feedback skills Strong sales ability with proven sales track record Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organisation, coupled with strong people skills Ability to train and communicate at all levels, including but not limited to company presentation, demonstrations and product opportunity areas and feedback to all involved parties Business acumen and good understanding of business processes and functions Strong work ethic.
