Customer Service Host

Specification Duties will include, but not limited to: • Respond to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in Swiss French Language . • Process and take ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment • Process pertinent information into relevant databases . • Customer relationship building management • Problem solving tasks during shift • Handle and take full responsibility for customer related queries. Requirements (Non- negotiable): • Swiss French as home/first language essential • Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively (read, write and speak fluently) • Be available for 24/7 shift rotations Advantageous Requirements: • Possess a Degree or Diploma. Personal Competencies: • Be a self-starter, self-motivated goal orientated • Be able to work independently yet be a team player . • Be an analytical thinker with problem solving ability • Be deadline driven goal orientated • Excellent time management skills • Be able to meet deadlines in a highly pressurized dynamic environment.
