Junior Customer Service/Complaints Resolution Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Customer Service/ Complaints Officer

Duties (Not limitec to):
Assist customers with queries and complaint prevention guidance/measures, Assist in managing and maintaining cases speedily, accurately and to resolution/ customer satisfaction, Assist the Customer Service Team to provide root cause analysis on complaints received and feed back to the department manager ,Investigate to resolve complaints using paperwork, correspondence and facts provided, Assist the department with effective filing, archiving and recordkeeping.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
We are looking for professional candidates with strong verbal and written skills, Ability to maintain a professional manner at all times with colleagues and consumers, ability to work on your own initiative with the ability to prioritise when required, organisational skills, Literate in Microsoft Office applications, Experience working within a customer service/ complaints team, A confident and fluent communicator who can achieve and maximise customer complaint resolution, comfortable dealing with customers on any level,An individual who enjoys being part of a busy , customer facing office environment.
