PWD (People with Disabilities) Call Centre Learnerships available in Cape Town. The Call Centre Learnership – Wholesale and Retail Operations, NQF level 2 will cover 6 specific areas in the training material: Dealing with Customer Accounts Input Data received onto appropriate computer packages within a contact centre / handle help desk query Define the core concepts of the WR environment Sell products to customers in a Wholesale/Retail outlet English language fundamentals Maths fundamentals. Minimum Requirements; Grade 10 Certificate. Confirmation of Diagnosis of Disability done by a Medical Practitioner (This must be attached to your application for the post) Assessment tests will be carried out in the interview process – basic level reading, writing, numeracy and problem solving – applicants will be required to achieve at least 70% to pass Applicants must be able to work shifts and week-ends and should have access to reliable transport (rotational shifts will apply) Further requirements/skills: Basic PC skills. Problem solving skills Ability to focus and concentrate. Excellent Customer Relations and people skills Excellent communication and writing skills Ability to independently in a fast-paced environment Accuracy and attention to detail Proactive, self-motivated and flexible Undertakings: Criminal Credit Check Basic Skills assessment test.
