Customer Service Consultants / Advisors

We have some fantastic Inbound Customer Service roles available on an ongoing temp basis for our fantastic client located on the outskirts of Newcastle City Centre. Our client are looking to recruit a number of outstanding and experienced Customer Service Specialists. Successful candidates will be expected to: Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a smooth customer journey. Demonstrate a positive and responsive attitude to all calls from customers. Provide customers with information on products that will benefit them. To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working for 6 months or more within a Customer Service environment within a contact centre environment. All candidates must be able to pass a credit check & CRB.
