Store Manager (Fast-food concern)

The person need to: • Develops plans to Maximise sales growth by training, empowering, inspiring the team and managing team members. • Develops plans to execute local store marketing activities in conjunction with Head Office Departments and monitors effectiveness • Manages controllable costs in-line with Budgets – Understands and develops action plans to bring all line items on the Income statement within the budget requirements. • Uses in-store reports to accurately report on store performance. • Utilises scheduling tools to optimise staffing requirements and expenditure. • Forecasts and places stock orders and Ensures correct stock control practices to optimise costs • Cash up Control Accountability. Key Success Routines • Identifies and diagnoses operational gaps, develops and implements action plans to address gaps. Business requirements. • Builds positive relationships with team members and creates a “sell more have more fun atmosphere” • Sets and maintain standards for work behaviour and work environment as per policies Teamwork. Teamwork • Is Responsible and accountable for the Planning, organizing, Leading and controlling as aspects of the business. • Plans and executes all training as per the company requirements and Ensure cross-training for all in-store team members takes place. • Provides management training to new managers that may be placed in-store to be train.
