OD Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities You will evolve and implement home-grown performance culture program in alignment with the business and your team. The program aims to: Meet the skills, conduct and experience requirements of the business. Foster ongoing self-learning and mentorship as the primary learning culture Cultivate self-organisation within our flat, scalable structure. Create a simple, company-wide, low maintenance performance framework. Promote mastery of roles as highly valued, long-term careers. Lead other OD initiatives to promote the culture in support of business success. Organizational consulting to our stakeholders with the aim of developing self-sufficiency in teams. Assist in creating an environment where people and product can flourish. Assist with recruitment as and when required. Desired Experience & Qualification You have experience in initiatives that have achieved focused, high-performance teams. A tertiary Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Learning & Development or equivalent qualification Experience in Program - and/or Project Management. Experience with various Psychometric tools Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills. You are familiar with agile principles.
