Business Development Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities Building and managing an individual pipeline of new business opportunities in a manner that will lead to the consistent achievement of monthly sales targets ¨ Reporting required management information regarding individual pipelines in an accurate and timely manner ¨ Staying abreast of changes to the Peoples Solutions offering to the market as well as relevant developments in the industry ¨ Combining a solid understanding of the customer’s IT environment with the in depth product knowledge and industry awareness to offer corporate customers an integrated IT Training Solutions Business Strategies and Metrics People Strategies, Processes and Systems Training and Development Strategies Training Delivery ¨ Job requirements: Education: Matric certificate or equivalent Sales training Tertiary business qualification will be advantageous Skills: At least two years’ experience in a Business development/Sales role, accompanied by a proven track record of achievement against individual sales target Business Development/Sales experience in the IT training Industry or broader IT industry will be preferable A solid understanding of the business drivers that influence customer decisions in the Corporate IT Training Market Professional presentation skills Professional proposal writing skills Excellent computing skills are essential Package & Remuneration R market related. info@recru-it.co.za
