Executive Chef. UCT FOODS SERVICES CO requires the services of a suitably qualified, hard-working, Executive chef to join their dynamic. company. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall production and retail kitchen operations as well as the functions catering business. satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the F&C culinary operations in a diverse environment. Qualifications & Requirements.  High School diploma.  National diploma hospitality (chef qualification) or 10 years proven experience as a chef.  Working knowledge of food production.  Minimum Code 08 Valid Driver’s License  Familiar with relevant Health and Safety regulations and standards.  Excellent verbal and written skills.  Leadership skills. Duties and responsibilities.  Team Leader  Recipe / Menu development and innovations  Functions catering  Food Quality monitoring and reporting  Monitor and maintain stock levels  Adhere to and enforce all SHEQ Risk Management systems.
