Business Process Analyst (Contract)

REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications - Minimum 3-year National Diploma in ICT or related discipline. Experience/Skills - 5+ Years of experience in IT Mobile computing (Mobile infrastructure development/administration). 5 Years in a complex technology environment doing business analysis and system analysis. 3 Years' experience in Project Management Business Case development and SDLC design. Experience in an Agile methodology environment. Experience integrating information from Mobile systems to ERP applications so as to achi DUTIES: Analysis and Solution Definition - Identify business issues and data challenges of the organisation and industry. Identify client organisation's strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement. Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Define business requirements specification. Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements. Technical Recommendation and Testing - Lead testing efforts. Develop test plans. Review and finalise testing and test results Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Work with client personnel to identify required changes. Communicate needed changes to Development team.
