Payroll / HR Admin Clerk

Reference: CPT001432-MS-1 A well known Company in the Food & Distribution Industry is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Clerk. The successful candidate will be based at their HQ in Cape Town. Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Responsible for a minimum of 150 - 200 biweekly / monthly Collect and summarize timekeeping information Knowledge of payroll month-end processes, journals and recons Maintain and update the Sage VIP electronic employee database. Experienced with an integrated clocking system Excellent Excel skills Strong knowledge of general HR practices and procedures The ability the work under pressure Excellent organisational skills Meticulous and detail orientated Systematic organised with high work ethics Excellent communication skills Requirements: Fluent English & Afrikaans written and verbal communication skills Computer skills – intermediate MS Excel / MS Word / Email & Internet Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience with VIP payroll / Pastel – Full 360 Payroll Minimum HR Diploma or equivalent Ecotime Time & Attendance Experience Valid code 8 driver’s license Proven VIP / Pastel experience and accredited VIP/ Pastel certification Send your CV to melanie@personastaff.co.za Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Package & Remuneration R Neg -
