HR ADMINISTRATOR

Duties & Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment and selection process by collating applications, scheduling interviews and follow ups. Ensure training schedules are updated and filed Process purchase orders for payments Assist with monthly payroll responsibilities for all employees. Responsible for reconciliations and payments pertaining to Pension, Medical Aid, Insurances, etc. Submission of statutory returns (monthly and annually) Engagement and termination processing of staff Responsible for keeping record of leave Assist with salary review processes Corporate travel insurance applications Collate documents for reports and audits Assist in managing monthly reports Adhoc duties Desired Experience & Qualification Matric. Diploma in HR 1 year experience advantageous. Basic knowledge of WSP and ATR/ Seta’s Good attention to detail. Excellent computer skills. Driver’s license. jobs@adogreen.com
