Recruitment Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities Join our fabulous team! DataFin Recruitment is one of SA’s top tech recruiters and we are looking for a driven, self-motivated Recruitment Administrator. We offer an informal, fast paced environment and awesome growth prospects . The role is to support the recruiter from an admin side as well as to manage the office. A tertiary qualification. At least 2 years admin experience (preferably in recruitment). Ability to multi task and works quickly. Be able to cope well under pressure and have the unique combination of excellent people skills and strong attention to detail. Extensive MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) experience is essential. Simultaneously manages priorities. Takes initiative in solving problems and improving processes. Writes and speaks with clarity. Manages time.
